Harris County Democrat Party ROCKED On Saturday!
Thanks to Mellisa Taylor, Stan Merriman, Jane Vidales, Victoria Hawkins, and Phillip McNutt for bringing the "Take Back Texas" precinct workshop to Clear Lake. We had about 80 individuals show up, had some fantastic training, great lunch, then we went out to block walk using what we learned.
I encourage other clubs to contact Melissa Taylor to bring this training to a club new you.

Murvin Auzenne and Aimee Turney also presented materials at the workshop.
We had folks from 4 different counties - Jefferson, Brazoria, Galveston and Harris County were all represented at Saturday's Precinct Training. Even the Party Chairs for Galveston and Harris County each attended the workshop!
We will be HAPPY to offer this informative workshop to other clubs and organizations that wish to HOST this event in their area of the county. Please let us know!!!
This is a collaborative effort between Democracy For Houston, the Progressive Populist Caucus and the Harris County Democratic Party. We want to ACTIVATE all of the Democratic precincts in our efforts to "TURN TEXAS BLUE!"

What a great day it was!!! We had folks representing Jefferson, Galveston, Brazoria and Harris County in attendance at this workshop!
We even had the Party Chair's of Galveston and Harris County in attendance!!!
More importantly, we had a number of new precinct chairs that attended and are eager to ACTIVATE their precincts in our efforts to "TURN TEXAS BLUE!"
I want to be sure and recognize Aimee Turney and Murvin Auzenne for their contributions as presenters at this invaluable workshop!
For those that attended and had lunch afterwards... I am sure that each of you will join me in thanking Franca and her crew for a delicious meal!!! The food at Franco's Real Italian Restaurant on Nasa Road 1 will not disappoint you! Plus, Franca is very supportive of our efforts!
I invite folks to let me know if your club or area is interested in "hosting" a training for precinct chairs. We will be glad to make arrangements to produce another workshop!
