It certainly is ridiculous how little attention this memo is getting here. It's basically the most significant proof for what Democrats and other anti-war advocates said the administration all along.

The title of the article is "Blair faces US probe over secret Iraq invasion plan." Blair may need to have a probe, but it appears that adminstration is trying to pass the buck off on someone else, and not to face the real issue that they cooked the information for going to war. Blair did not orchestrate going to war in Iraq. He was an accomplice in it, but the real organization came from Washington, specifically a particular white house on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Make sure to sign the petition calling for Bush to explain the memo.

All you have to do to know we were lied into this war is to Google "A Project for the New American Century" and read until you get to the list of countries we have to invade in order to get what we want(oil and bases) and to be what the Neo-Cons think it is our destiny to be (in effect, rulers of the world). There you will find Iraq at the head of the list. The plans are laid out; Wolfowitz,Perle,Rumsfeld,Cheney,Libby,Abrams, et al.,--and Bush, their dummy frat boy President who didn't help plan it but knows all about it-- are just waiting for a disaster of the magnitude of Pearl Harbor to launch their invasion of Iraq. When the planes fly into the World Trade Center, they have their disaster, and the rest, unfortunately and disastrously, is history. I didn't make this up. Find it on the web and read it yourself. Of course Blair and Bush talked about how to make everything fit. Everything has been right under every American's nose since the Neo-Cons wrote it up all those years ago. It's right under your nose now. You need to read it before you read the Downing Street memo.
