The sanctity of marriage and Representative Mary Denny.
I don't get it. Representative Mary Denny held her 2nd (or 3rd) wedding in the Texas house of Representatives. This was the very location that they voted to protect the sanctity of marriage with a Constitutional Amendment to ban gay marriage.
If they truly wanted to protect marriage, they would ban divorce.
Then Representative Denny would have had to have latest marriage ceremony somewhere outside of Texas.
P.S. I heard Carolyn Keeton Rylander Gonzales DeLa Cruz O'Brien Muhammed Strayhorn was in the wedding party.

Careful what you say, John! They WOULD try to illegalize divorce if so many of them weren't so expert at it. People aren't against gay marriage because it protects the "sanctity of marriage"... They're against it because they're afraid of it.
