Nick Lampson, former congressman from the U.S. 9th congressional district, has announced his run against the ethically-challenged Tom DeLay. While Gordon Quan is considering the campaign, Lampson has plunged into the “no holds barred” campaign to be the congressman who represents his constituents rather than the Beltway Bandit lobbyists. He’ll be there at about 7:00 pm.
